Our organization offers a very liberal referral program for leads, which results in the hiring of qualified candidates to fill eligible administrative, technical, and managerial positions. Holiday Pay: eKriya observes the following NINE holidays each calendar year: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and a Floating Holiday. 
Paid Time Off (PTO): Our flexible HR policies allow employees to take time off at their discretion with management approval. Full-time employees are allowed the following time off with pay: After 6 months of service: 10 working days per year and after 3 years of service: 15 working days per year. 
Sick & Personal Time: Eligible for 5 days of paid sick/ personal time off for every calendar year. Medical: We provide comprehensive health insurance coverage to care for employees and their families. The Company extends the benefits to the employee’s spouse and dependents. Please talk to HR Benefits administrator for details. The coverage begins on the beginning of the following month that an employee is hired for full-time employment.
